Scott Hasterlik

Scott Hasterlik has over 17 years of work experience, starting from 2002. Scott began their career at Dell, where they held various roles, including Production Control Senior Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and Technology Support. At Dell, they were recognized as a top performer and developed tools to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In 2010, Hasterlik joined Emerson Network Power as a Business Systems Supervisor, managing an offshore team and coordinating with corporate IT resources. Scott then moved to Emerson as a Business Systems Manager, where they provided leadership for ERP, CRM, and PLM related issues and managed a team of Oracle technical and functional analysts.

In 2014, Hasterlik joined Cinch Connectivity Solutions, a division of Bel Fuse, as a Business Systems Manager and later as a Senior IT Manager. Scott led projects and managed teams for multiple ERPs, network systems, and website development. Scott also managed vendor relationships and coordinated resources for issue resolution.

Currently, Hasterlik is the Director Global IT at Bel Fuse Inc., where they provide strategic vision and leadership to the IT department across seventeen worldwide sites. Scott is responsible for managing ERP systems and successfully migrated legacy systems to D365 F&O, resulting in cost reduction.

Scott Hasterlik earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Theory/Performance from San Jose State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Scott also holds additional certifications, including MCSD from Microsoft and cpim from APICS.
