Suzanne Kozlovsky

Suzanne Kozlovsky, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, currently serves as the Global Head of People at Bel Fuse Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, Suzanne held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Prinova Group LLC from March 2021 to November 2022. Suzanne also served as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Marmon Foodservice Technologies from April 2015 to March 2021. Previous experience includes various human resources roles at Bel Brands USA, including Senior Manager of Total Rewards, Talent Manager, Human Resources Manager for Manufacturing Operations, and Employment Specialist, from October 2005 to April 2015. Suzanne began a career in human resources as a Human Resources/Safety Coordinator at Bay Valley Foods from February 2002 to October 2005. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in International Studies and Spanish from St. Norbert College.
