Emmanuelle Paille

Emmanuelle Paille has a comprehensive background in digital transformation, corporate social responsibility, and strategic communication, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Comex at Bel since May 2017. In this role, Emmanuelle supports the CEO and Comex to enhance their internal and external impact while promoting the group's sustainable growth and leadership in food transition. Prior to this, Emmanuelle held positions such as Directrice RSE, Communication et Affaires Publiques at Bel France, focusing on sustainable and responsible food practices, and Directrice Transformation Digitale at Equancy, where responsibilities included digital strategy development and performance measurement. Emmanuelle's earlier experience includes management roles at Duke - Agence digitale, overseeing operations and strategic advisory for major clients such as McDonald's and Nissan Europe. Emmanuelle holds a degree from TBS Education and has pursued education at Notre-Dame du Grandchamp.
