David O'Hara, CSP, CIH, is a retired professional with extensive experience in environmental health and safety management. O'Hara served as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Bel-Ray Company LLC from 2018 to present, achieving significant milestones including an 80% reduction in injuries and the successful implementation of a Hazard Recognition program. Prior roles included EHS Leader at W. L. Gore & Associates and Manager of Industrial Hygiene and Safety at Johnson & Johnson, where O'Hara led initiatives to enhance workplace safety, reduce exposure to hazards, and improve regulatory compliance.
