Charles Vilgrain is an experienced professional in investment and business leadership, currently serving as the Managing Partner at Caravelle since September 2016, focusing on expanding investments in mid-sized companies within the Food & Agri and Healthcare sectors. In addition to this role, Charles holds multiple board positions at Visionix, KESTREL Vision, and Belambra while also serving as a board member at Mayoly Spindler. A co-founder and former CEO of AgroGeneration, a prominent agricultural producer in Europe, Charles has a rich background in consulting at Alcimed and process engineering at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Educated at INSEAD, where Charles completed an Executive MBA, and ENSAIA with a Master’s in Agronomy and Food Science, Charles has also launched a personal consulting business and provided pro bono coaching to start-ups.
