Patrice Guerin has extensive experience in construction, maintenance, and facility management, currently serving as the Director of Construction, Travaux et Maintenance at Belambra Clubs since January 2022. Prior to this role, Patrice held the position of Director of Facility Management at groupe Pierre&Vacances - CenterParcs from October 2001 to January 2022, focusing on maintenance, renovation, health and safety, and energy management. Additionally, Patrice worked as the Deputy Director of Maintenance Group and Pool Specialist at Pierre&Vacances/CenterParcs from October 2001 to January 2013.
