Jeroen van de Lockand

Jeroen van de Lockand is a skilled ICT professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Platform Specialist at Belastingdienst since October 2025, Jeroen has also held positions as a Consultant at Conclusion Xforce since March 2018 and as an Integration Consultant at both Nederlandse Spoorwegen and Virtual Sciences from September 2022 to September 2025. Previously, Jeroen worked as a DevOps Engineer at Conclusion Enablement and Beslist.nl, and as a System Manager at Rhodix, responsible for managing Enterprise IT infrastructures. Jeroen began a career in customer service at Jumbo Supermarkten from January 1999 to January 2005. Educationally, Jeroen holds a Bachelor’s degree in ICT management & security from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and an MBO in ICT from ROC ICT, along with a MAVO diploma from Kandinsky College.
