Paul Griffiths

Paul Griffiths has a long and diverse work experience. Since 2021, they have been Managing Director at 15 & Change, where they invest in pre-seed funds led by first-time founders in energy, preventative health, food waste reduction, fair wages, and passion economy businesses. Paul is also a PhD Student at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, studying the intersection of art x digital money from an academic perspective. In 2020, they were an Angel Investor with SeaAhead and Principal, Digital Health Strategy and General Manager, Digital Health Solutions at Perficient. From 2017-2019, they were an OPM Coach at Harvard Business School Executive Education, working with CEOs and entrepreneurs in the OPM program. From 2004-2020, they were Chairman & CEO of MedTouch LLC, a digital health consulting firm. Paul was also VP, Operations at OHO and IT Consultant at Signet Laboratories from 2001-2004. In 2022, they will be a Board Member & Interim COO at Belay.

Paul Griffiths attended Sarah Lawrence College from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Creative Media + Computer Science. In 1995 and 1996, they attended the University of Oxford for English. From 2003 to 2005, they attended Boston University, where they obtained an MA in Creative Writing. In 2004 and 2005, they attended the Bread Loaf Writer's Conference for Fiction. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education, where they completed the OPM Program.
