Stuart Lane

Stuart Lane has a diverse work experience spanning various financial roles. Stuart is currently the Financial Director at Belazu Ingredient Company. Prior to this, they served as the Finance Director at Majestic Wine from 2017 to 2020, and also briefly worked as the Financial Controller at the same company. Stuart Lane has extensive experience in financial management and strategy, as demonstrated by their role as the Financial Controller at Harris + Hoole from 2013 to 2016, where they played a key part in the turnaround of the business and its eventual sale. Before that, they held various positions at Premier Foods, including Corporate Development Manager, Group Accounting Manager, and Group Finance Project Accountant. Stuart Lane began their career at RSM US LLP as an Assistant Audit Manager and later worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP in the same role.

Stuart Lane completed their education at the ICAEW from 2003 to 2006, earning an ACA degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended the University of Leeds from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a BA in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, Stuart obtained a certification as a Mental Health First Aider from the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England institution in 2022.
