Madhu Mudiam is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various organizations in the power systems and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Director - Engineering at Belcan since December 2016, Madhu oversees engineering delivery, mentors Section Heads, and ensures compliance within offshore teams. Previous roles include Project Leader at GE Power, where responsibilities focused on modeling and simulation for control system technologies, and similar leadership positions at Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe, ClearEdge Power, and UTC Power, emphasizing predictive health management and performance monitoring. Madhu began a career at Pratt & Whitney, contributing to advanced diagnostics and engine monitoring.
