Julian Rizo

Julian Rizo is a seasoned executive in strategy and finance with extensive experience in multinational corporations and startups. Currently, Julian serves as the Chief Strategy & Finance Officer at Belcorp, overseeing a large team focused on corporate strategy, finance, and business transformation. As the founder of Palo Nutrition, Julian emphasizes a holistic approach to wellness. Prior to these roles, Julian held significant positions at McKinsey & Company, including Vice President and Senior External Advisor, driving performance transformations for major businesses. Other notable experiences include leading the launch and expansion of kate spade in South America, serving as CEO of EADCON, and working as an Advisor to the Vice-minister of Public Debt in Colombia. Julian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.
