Ross Hendrickson

Ross Hendrickson currently serves as the Chief Strategy & Finance Officer at Infinite Giving since June 2025. Previously, Ross held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hubstaff from June 2023 to April 2025, where systems and processes for financial operations were established to support growth during the company’s first institutional investment and financial audit. Prior to Hubstaff, Ross worked at Bloomerang for nearly a decade, serving in various leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, where the business expanded from $5M to $30M, and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing significant growth. Ross also has experience as a Product Manager at Avectra and Bostech Corporation, and as a Business Analyst II at Blackbaud, having started with eTapestry as an Account Executive. Ross earned a B.S. in Economics & Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University.
