Laura Dallos

Laura Dallos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent and culture analytics, as well as administrative services. Currently serving as a Talent & Culture Senior Analyst at Belcorp since August 2019, Laura has previously held the position of Administrative Services Senior Analyst. Prior experience includes a role as Coordinador administrativo & operaciones for IRONMAN 70.3 Cartagena (Colombia Tri Events) from January 2016 to August 2018, and working at 3M from August 2014 to July 2015, contributing to high-impact projects in industry and health sectors utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. A graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Laura also holds a specialization in Organizational Development and Change Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
