Tony Kemp

Tony Kemp currently serves as the Global IT Director for Human Resource & Payroll Solutions at Belden Inc., a position held since November 2016, where oversight of global IT operations and management of processes and analysts is primary. Prior to this role, Tony was a Senior Manager in the Oracle HCM Cloud Practice at KBACE, leading the transformation of business analytics for a major health insurance provider. Previous experience includes senior director roles at LexisNexis, managing global back office systems and HR & finance solutions, and project management positions at GlaxoSmithKline, Mitsubishi Semiconductor America, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, focusing on ERP and IT solutions. Tony began the professional journey as a Programmer Analyst at Pilkington Group after obtaining a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from Aberystwyth University.
