James Goodwin

James Goodwin has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. James started their career as a Carpenter at Heldenfels Brothers Construction Company in 1981 and worked there until 1984. James then moved on to Gemcraft Homes where they served as a Project Manager from 1985 to 1987. In 1989, they joined SecuirtyLink as a Commercial Sales representative and later joined Rollins Protective Services in 1991 in the same role. In 1993, they joined Beldon Roofing Company as a Residential Sales Representative and subsequently took on roles in Commercial Sales, Vice President Estimating, and Vice President Sales. James held the position of Vice President Sales at Beldon Roofing Company since December 2017.

James Goodwin attended San Antonio College from 1984 to 1985 and studied Construction Science. James did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their college education, James has obtained several certifications: Procore Certified: Subcontractor from Procore Technologies in February 2021, Lead-Safe Renovation Contractor from Zack Academy in January 2020, and OSHA #510 Occupational Safety & Health Standards of Construction from The University of Texas at Arlington in January 2020.
