Ricardo Valente is an experienced commercial director with a robust background in leading brand strategy and commercial development across various sectors, including beauty and consumer goods. Currently serving as Commercial Director at Instituto Beleza Natural since November 2019, Valente previously held the same title at L'Oréal, where significant contributions included the launch of projects that drastically increased retail sales. With prior roles at Niely Cosméticos, Danone, and Castrol, Valente has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive market share growth and enhance distribution channels. Valente holds an MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ and has completed advanced management training at FGV EAESP, along with a postgraduate degree in marketing from ESPM.
