Kayleigh Ward

Kayleigh Ward has a diverse background in both maritime and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Deckhand at Belfast Harbour since May 2022, Kayleigh also holds the position of Boatman at JOHN MCLOUGHLIN & SON (SHIPPING) LIMITED, where responsibilities include operating tug boats and handling ropes. Previous experience includes working as a Customer Service Advisor at Santander UK from July 2020 to July 2022, where roles involved counter and cash handling, as well as serving as vault manager and first aider. Earlier positions included Passenger Service Agent at Swissport, Stock Controller at Cookstown Textile Recyclers—focused on wholesaling vintage clothing for film, theatre, and TV—and Bank Employee at Santander UK, which involved providing general banking and e-commerce support.
