Kevin Ryan

Kevin Ryan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and asset management. Currently serving as Development Director at Belfast Harbour since August 2021, Kevin is integral to the Executive Leadership Team focused on transforming the waterfront into a prominent economic hub. Previously, as Director of Development at Hines from January 2015 to July 2021, Kevin led significant projects including the Central Plaza mixed-use development and various expansions at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. Earlier roles include Head of Asset & Estates at Tesco Ireland, where Kevin managed extensive retail operations across the Republic of Ireland, and positions at HWBC and Lisney Ireland in surveying and development. Kevin holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management Surveying from the University of South Wales.
