Stephen Deering

Stephen Deering is currently a Property Surveyor at Belfast Harbour since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Chartered Surveyor and Graduate Surveyor at Savills from September 2017 to July 2020, and a Sandwich Placement within Savills in London from September 2015 to September 2016. Earlier career experiences also include working as an Auction Team Member at Lambert Smith Hampton, a Work Placement at Land and Property Services, and a Sales Assistant at Templeton Robinson. Stephen Deering holds a BSc Hons in Property Investment, Appraisal and Development from the University of Ulster and a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from the same institution, with foundational education from Regent House.
