Kathleen Simpson

Kathleen Simpson is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of HR and HR Partnership Manager at Belfast Metropolitan College since January 2022, Kathleen previously held the position of Head of HR Operations at NI Water from May 2007 to January 2022. Prior HR roles include HR Officer at Wincanton and Lagan Holdings Ltd. Kathleen's educational background includes a Master's degree in European Studies/Civilization from KU Leuven and an undergraduate degree in Humanities, Media Studies, and European Studies from the University of Ulster, as well as training in Emergenetics in 2014.
