Tom Prestwich currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Belfield Group, having transitioned from Group Managing Director in October 2023. In this role, Tom leads the implementation of a strategic growth plan aimed at ensuring a sustainable and profitable future for the company, which includes notable brands such as Westbridge Furniture and Tetrad. Prior experience includes positions as Chief Commercial Officer & Managing Director at Opus Trust Communications and Chief Operating Officer at Adare SEC, where Tom focused on sales growth, operational efficiency, and client-focused culture. Tom's background in operational excellence spans several roles within Communisis, where responsibilities ranged from managing large teams to leading change programs and investor relations. Tom holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of York and an MBA from The University of Huddersfield.
