Abdelmounaim Ben-Hadi

Abdelmounaim Ben-hadi is currently working as a Project lead customer experience & innovation at Belfius Direct Verzekeringen Assurances. Prior to this, they held the position of Gestionnaire dossiers at the same company. Before that, they worked as an Équipier polyvalent at McDonald's and as an Animateur sportif at Action sports ASBL. In addition, they also worked as an Agent call center at Phonecom Belgium. Abdelmounaim is pursuing a Master en sciences du travail at Université libre de Bruxelles, having previously obtained a Bachelier en assurance et gestion du risque from EPFC and qualifications in electronique from Institut Saint-Jospeh.
