François Franssen

François Franssen is the Head of the Anti-Financial Crime Operations (AFCO) division at Belfius, where they lead efforts to combat financial crime risks while fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders. With a diverse career at Belfius since 2011, François has also held positions including Head of Strategy for Marketing PWB and Head of Cash Management Services. They are actively involved as a board member for Isabel Group and Socofe SA, contributing to strategic oversight in the financial sector. François has a background in finance from HEC Liège and is committed to socio-professional integration initiatives in the Liège region.
