Ilse Cappelle

Ilse Cappelle is an experienced project manager holding a long-standing position at Belfius since April 2000, specializing in customer and operational excellence. Notable roles at Belfius include Head of Project Team for Private Wealth & Invest, Program Manager for itsme Digital ID, and various project management and product management positions within transaction banking and payment domains. Prior to Belfius, Ilse worked at BNP Paribas Fortis from April 1997 to March 2000 as an ICT-programmer-analyst in Private Banking, following an ICT training program. Ilse began her career as a Product Specialist at Perkin Elmer, focusing on sales of chemical equipment in the Flanders region.
