Bart Windal

Bart Windal serves as the Country General Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg and Vice President at IBM since January 2001. Windal has held various leadership roles within IBM, including Vice President of the Enterprise Unit, Software Group BeNeLux, and Strategic Outsourcing BeNeLux within Global Technology Services. Additionally, Windal is a member of the boards of Skillteam and ISFS. At AmCham Belgium, Windal has been a board member since January 2022 and has been involved with the Belgian Association of Marketing as a board member since May 2017. Windal holds a Commercial Engineer degree in IT Management from KU Leuven (1984-1988) and completed further education at INSEAD (1997-1998).
