Olesya Ulanovskaya

Olesya Ulanovskaya is a seasoned biotechnology professional with extensive experience in biology and therapeutic development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Biology at Belharra Therapeutics since November 2021, Ulanovskaya has previously held roles including Principal Scientist at Lundbeck, where Ulanovskaya led neuroinflammation biology, and Senior Scientist at Abide Therapeutics, overseeing biology project leads and inhibitor development. Ulanovskaya's academic background includes a PhD and M.S. in Chemical Biology and Chemistry from the University of Chicago, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Notable research includes cancer metabolic pathways and small-molecule modulation, supported by a Bayer Postdoctoral Fellowship at The Scripps Research Institute.
