Dave Neal

Dave Neal is currently the CFO and General Counsel at Belhaven Biopharma and a Venture Partner at Duke Capital Partners. Dave also serves as a Professor of the Practice of Entrepreneurship at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Previously, Dave has held various leadership roles in companies such as Health Advocacy Registry Project, The StartUp Factory, and GMA Healthcare. With an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law, Dave has a strong educational background to support their extensive experience in the business and healthcare sectors.
