Kevin Russell

Kevin Russell is the VP of University Enrollment & Marketing at Belhaven University. Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the field of education, with a focus on marketing and enrollment.

Before joining Belhaven University, Kevin Russell was the Assistant Head of School for Advancement at Jackson Preparatory School. In this role, they were responsible for leading the school's efforts to increase enrollment and donations.

Previously, Kevin Russell served as the Assistant Vice President at Millsaps College. In this role, they oversaw the college's marketing and recruitment efforts. Kevin also played a key role in increasing the college's enrollment by 20%.

Before working in higher education, Kevin Russell worked in advertising at Leo Burnett Advertising. In this role, they worked with clients to develop creative advertising campaigns.

Kevin Russell began their career in banking, working as a Real Estate Loan Representative at Deposit Guarantee National Bank. In this role, they helped customers finance their home purchases.

Kevin Russell graduated from Memphis University School in 1981 with a diploma. Kevin then went on to study finance at Millsaps College, graduating with a BBA. After working in business for a few years, Kevin decided to pursue an MBA at the University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business. Finally, they completed their education with a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Mississippi.
