Kaushik Sundaram

Kaushik Sundaram has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kaushik started their career as a Financial Analyst Intern at Ramakrishna Electricals Limited in 2012. Later that year, they became a Budget Financial Analyst Intern at Orange Business Services, where they played a crucial role in budget analysis and reporting. In 2013, Kaushik worked as a Junior Project Manager at Fluidyn Group, handling customers' registration and financial reporting.

In 2014, Kaushik joined Believe as a Content Administrator in India, responsible for delivering Indian music catalog to digital stores and training clients on metadata standards. Kaushik then moved on to become a Content Operations and Support Specialist in the APAC region, managing Asian and Australian music catalog and overseeing the delivery process to digital platforms. Kaushik was subsequently promoted to Operations Manager and later became Head of Operations, leading a team of 16 members and ensuring smooth onboarding and service to labels.

Throughout their career, Kaushik has demonstrated a strong focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness, as well as a deep understanding of content delivery, asset management, and monetization on major audio platforms.

Kaushik Sundaram holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Finance from Paris School of Business, which was obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Finance from Alliance University, completed from 2011 to 2012. Kaushik's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce & Computer Applications from Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Civil Lines, completed from 2008 to 2011. Kaushik'shigh school education was completed at Kendriya Vidyalaya, with a focus on Commerce. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as YouTube Asset Monetization and YouTube Content Ownership from YouTube in 2019, as well as a certification in Music Business Foundations from Berklee School of Music in 2016.
