Penny Palmer has extensive work experience in the music industry. Penny worked at Nettwerk Music Group from 2013 to the present, starting as a Sr. Publicist and then becoming the Director of Media Relations & Communications. Penny developed qualitative methods to understand fans' preferences and behaviors, informing strategies for artist success. Prior to joining Nettwerk, Penny worked as a Publicist at the same company from 2009 to 2013. Penny also gained experience as a Publicity Manager at Warner Bros. Records from 2003 to 2007 and as an Executive Assistant/Tour Publicist at MSO PR from 2002 to 2003.

Penny Palmer attended UCLA from 1996 to 2001, earning a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
