Violetta Pavlova

Violetta Pavlova is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial controlling and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as Retail Controlling Senior Leader at Believe, Violetta oversees the financial controlling and accounting of the Group's revenue, including revenue recognition and financial performance analysis. Prior to this, Violetta held key roles at Renault Group and Nissan Motor Corporation, focusing on cost control, performance management, and economic analysis. Violetta began the career as an Auditor at KPMG Russia, where expertise in financial audits was developed. Violetta holds a Specialist degree in Language Interpretation and Translation, along with a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics and a Master's degree in Project Management, both with honors, from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
