Clayton Santos

Clayton Santos has held various positions in research and development throughout their career. Clayton started at Nestlé in 1996 as an R&D Developer and Coordinator until 2001. Clayton then joined The Coca-Cola Company, where they worked in multiple roles including R&D Innovation and Enablers Director, R&D LATAM Applications Director, and R&D Global Category leader Hydration. In 2007, they became a Research and Development Manager and stayed in that role until 2013. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Head of Research and Development at Beliv Company. Finally, from 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Independent Contractor providing R&D Consultancy Services for Integradora de Servicios.

Clayton Santos is currently studying Nutrition Sciences at Stanford University, with an expected completion date in 2021. Prior to attending Stanford, Clayton obtained a High School Diploma in Digital Business from Needed.Education. Clayton also completed coursework in Project Management at the Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter. Additionally, Clayton studied Chemical Industry at Universidade Federal Fluminense.
