Douglas Westby

Douglas Westby MBA MPM P.Eng. PMP® has extensive experience in project management and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Belize Telemedia Limited since December 2018, Douglas has held multiple roles including Project Manager and Program Manager. Douglas contributed to the Fixed and Transport Network Engineering Department, focusing on the design of copper and fiber access networks and various technologies. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Advisor and Director at the Ministry of Health in the Government of Belize and as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Belize. Douglas holds a Doctor's Degree in Project Management from Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de México and multiple advanced degrees in business and engineering.
