Janine Smetsers

Janine Smetsers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and human resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for werving & selectie at BeljonWesterterp B.V. since March 2018, Janine focuses on individual connections and continuous change processes. Prior roles include serving on the general board of Noorderlink, and holding positions as a Senior Consultant and Account Manager at Yacht, where responsibilities included managing local and central government accounts in the Friesland region. Janine began a career in recruitment as a Senior Intercedente and trainer at Randstad Techniek, specializing in the technical market in Groningen. Educational qualifications include a degree from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Cultureel Maatschappelijke Vorming, as well as certifications in Lean methods.
