Amanda Varnadore, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Management at Belk since May 2024. Prior to this role, Amanda held various leadership positions at TIAA from April 2021 to May 2024, including Vice President of Talent Strategy & Operations and Senior Director of HR Business Partner. Amanda also spent over a decade at Belk, progressing through roles such as Senior Director of Talent and Director of Talent Management, among others. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Southern University between 2005 and 2009.
