Sarah Waltman

Sarah Waltman has a solid background in talent management and organizational development. Sarah'smost recent role was as the VP of Global Talent Management at Dentsply Sirona, a position they have held since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked for Domtar where they held the positions of Sr. Director of Talent Management and Director of Learning & Operational Effectiveness. Before that, they were the Head of Training & Organizational Development at Mitsubishi Nuclear Energy Systems, Inc. and the Sr. Learning Strategist & Training Manager at The Shaw Group. Sarah began their career as a Training Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction and later worked as a District Operations & Training Manager at Lowe's.

Sarah Waltman earned their Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Capella University. In 2010, they obtained a certification in Organizational Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Additionally, in 2007, they received a certification in Learning & Development from the same institution. Sarah also holds various additional certifications, including being a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci (obtained in 2024), and certifications in Organizational Development (obtained in 2010), Situational Leadership II (obtained in 2008), and Training & Development Generalist (obtained in 2006), all from different institutions.
