Stephanie Matt

Stephanie Matt, MBA, possesses extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Belk since May 2013, after holding various roles including Human Resources Project Manager and Regional Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to their tenure at Belk, Stephanie held managerial positions at Old Navy and Target, along with earlier roles in merchandising and product management at Parisian and Compass Bank. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of North Alabama, complemented by a Master of Science degree from Colorado Technical University.
