Stephanie Schlesinger

Stephanie Schlesinger is an experienced design professional in the fashion industry with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Design Director for RTW Private Brands at Belk since June 2017, Stephanie has previously held positions including Senior Designer and Designer for Crown & Ivy, focusing on knitwear, sweaters, and dresses. Prior experience includes roles at Rachel Roy in design and production for special sizes, Associate Designer at Topson Downs, and CAD Designer/Assistant Designer at Greg Norman Collection. Additionally, Stephanie worked as an Assistant CAD Designer at Victoria's Secret, specializing in lounge and intimates for the Pink department. Earlier in the career, experience included U.S. Men's Apparel Designer at PEAK SPORTS USA, Sales Representative at Nordstrom, and various roles as an intern and administrative assistant. Stephanie holds an A.A. in Fashion Design from FIDM and a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
