Barry P. Knudson

Barry P. Knudson serves as the Director of Global Real Estate and Facilities Operations at Belkin International, managing global real estate strategies and trends since April 2015. In addition, Barry is the President of Bear Enterprises Corporation, a real estate investment company focused on value-add properties, established in 2015. Previously, Barry held the position of Director of Real Estate at Continental Development Group, LLC, from 2010 to 2014, overseeing asset management and acquisition of commercial properties. Additional experience includes roles as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Colliers International and Senior Associate at CB Richard Ellis, where Barry specialized in multifamily investments and completed numerous transactions. Barry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Graphic Communications from Point Loma Nazarene University.
