Billie Cheng

Billie Cheng possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and new product introduction across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Supply Planner at Johnson & Johnson since December 2016, Billie is responsible for managing NPI launch timelines, logistics execution, and capacity monitoring with suppliers. Prior to this role, Billie spent over a decade at Belkin International, progressing from a New Product Introduction Manager to a Senior Global Buyer, where responsibilities included managing procurement levels and cross-functional collaboration. Billie's earlier roles included Buyer-Planner at American International Industries, Project Manager for the Guitar Hero franchise at Activision, Purchasing Agent at TIRECO, and Purchasing/Logistics Analyst at Achem Industry America. Billie holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
