Clay Richardson

Clay Richardson is an experienced construction professional with a background in project management and estimating. Currently serving as both an Estimator and Project Engineer at BELL Construction since June 2022, Clay has also held positions such as Assistant Project Manager at Cook Builders and Construction Worker at Peffen Cline Masonry Group, Inc. and Contracting Perfections. Additional experience includes roles as a Valet at Parking Management Company and counselor and coach at Oak Hill School and Montgomery Bell Academy, respectively. Clay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, between 2018 and 2022, and possesses a High School Diploma from Christ Presbyterian Academy.
