John Thayer

As one of Bell’s most Senior Project Executives, John has successfully managed some of BELL’s premier projects. He leads the project’s preconstruction phase providing insights into value engineering, quality, and cost control. During the construction phase, John is involved in the daily management of all subcontracts, the project budget, schedule, and quality control.

John’s construction career began in 1991 and he joined BELL in 2006. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction.
