Kris Duran

Kris Duran is a Project Executive in BELL Construction’s Building Operations Team. Her primary responsibilities as a PX include communicating and building upon BELL’s relationships with architects, owners, and major trade partners to ensure overall client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include overseeing field personnel, handling RFIs and change orders, delegating subcontracts, ensuring safety protocols are followed, organizing site logistics, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating submittal reviews.
