Steve Hoover

Steve joined BELL when the Transportation Division was established and has completed over 60 projects during his tenure. These diverse projects include the hallmarks of heavy construction: accelerated bridge construction, labor-intensive work, large equipment management, procurement of long-lead time items, specialty building materials and precision field engineering on a large scale.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida. Beginning his construction career in 1987, Steve joined BELL in 1991.
