Adam Fausch, MBA, CPPM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service engineering and data recovery. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Engineer at Bell and Howell since February 2018, Adam provides expert service and repair for customer equipment in the field and supports junior technicians with valuable knowledge. Prior to this role, Adam worked at Kroll Ontrack from June 1998 to November 2017 as a Data Recovery Engineer, specializing in the repair and recovery of critical customer data from storage media using proprietary tools and software.
