Tim Kelly is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in legal and regulatory compliance across Australian and US operations, currently serving as the Senior Compliance Manager and Company Secretary at Bell Asset Management since July 2018. Prior to this role, Tim was an Independent Governance Risk & Compliance Consultant for major funds management and financial services organizations, developing tailored programs for various high-profile clients. Tim's expertise also includes managing operational risk and compliance at AustralianSuper and directing operations and compliance at Franklin Templeton Investments. Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
