Damon Peters

Damon Peters has a strong background in commercial real estate banking, with experience at various banks. Damon currently holds the role of SVP, Commercial Real Estate Manager at Bell Bank starting from 2021. Prior to that, they worked at TCF Bank from 2017 to 2021, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President, Commercial Portfolio Group Manager and Vice President - Sr. Portfolio Manager. Damon also has experience at BMO Harris Bank where they worked from 2006 to 2017, holding roles such as Vice President, US Commercial Real Estate and Vice President, Special Accounts Department. In these roles, they showcased skills such as structuring complex loan transactions, managing portfolios, and providing creative financing solutions. Damon also demonstrated a commitment to community involvement through their participation in volunteer committees at TCF Bank.

Damon Peters obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from PennWest Clarion between the years 1985 and 1989. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate Finance at DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 2004 to 2007.
