Hailee Softing

Hailee Softing possesses extensive experience in the banking and customer service industry, having served in various roles at Bell Bank since June 2014, including Teller Trainer, Personal Banking Specialist, and Customer Service Specialist. Prior to this, Hailee worked as a Supervisor at the Horace YMCA School Age Learning Center and held positions such as Runner/Kitchen Staff at Zorbaz on Pelican Lake and School Age Leader at YMCA School Age Learning Center. Hailee's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Minnesota State University Moorhead and coursework at Minnesota State Community and Technical College, North Dakota State University, and Lake Park-Audubon High School.
