Lorrie Litzinger

Lorrie Litzinger serves as Senior Legal Counsel and Vice President/Commercial Finance Attorney at Bell Bank since February 2016, focusing on commercial lending and private banking legal support. Prior to this role, Lorrie worked at Commercial Partners Title, LLC from November 2010 to February 2016 as Commercial Closing & Underwriting Counsel, handling commercial real estate title insurance. Lorrie's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Attorney at Anastasi & Associates, P.A. from June 2007 to January 2011, providing legal counsel in various transactional areas, and as Commercial Closer/Counsel at Commercial Partners Title, LLC from September 2005 to June 2007, facilitating complex commercial real estate closings. Lorrie holds a J.D. from The University of North Dakota School of Law and a BSCJS in Criminal Justice from the University of North Dakota.
