Guillaume Ferland

Guillaume Ferland is a highly experienced cyber security professional with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Distinguished Member of Technology and Lead Senior Security Architect at Bell since April 2013, Guillaume has been instrumental in evolving security practices and programs, driving automation, and leading security infrastructure roadmaps. With prior roles including IT Security Operations Manager at Air Canada and Information Security Analyst at SNC-Lavalin, Guillaume brings extensive expertise in security architecture, operational security, and compliance, as well as a background in network security from positions at IBM and BNC National Bank. Additionally, Guillaume is the President of Ustream.ca and an independent consultant at SecurInsight, focusing on security architecture, implementation, and process improvements. A graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science, Guillaume consistently contributes to the field through technical advisory roles and mentorship.
